Jun Xu is a seasoned expert in the coal mining equipment industry and the visionary founder of HanWei Heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd. With over 40 years of experience in domestic trade and a deep understanding of coal mining challenges, Jun Xu established HanWei to create safer, smarter, and more efficient equipment tailored to the specific needs of underground mining operations.

After witnessing the gap between existing coal mine equipment and the realities of underground work, Jun Xu founded HanWei with a mission to improve worker safety and enhance mining efficiency. Under his leadership, the company has pioneered four major technologies: conventional drilling systems, remote-controlled intelligent drilling technology, integrated drilling systems for soft and complex coal seams, and directional drilling equipment. HanWei is now recognized as a leading force in the industry, with 46 patents, including 11 invention patents, and has been acknowledged as a National High-Tech Enterprise in 2022.
